Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership changes are truly needed at the VP level and with some key Director level positions. Without this, it may be best to wait for them to become acquired. Fiscal 15 loss was $50 million dollars.

WakeMed has many long-term employees, which provides some continuity.
I dislike about the employer
WakeMed has many long-term employees, which makes change very challenging. The corporate culture is also very punitive, inflexible, and financial decision making is poor and close-minded.
