Culture not same since founders managers left
Look to push problems to lowest culpable level
Do not understand leading by example
Only to a small degree but disciplined (coached) for mistakes
Corporate is housed in old warehouses; stores only have small break room for paperwork and smaller training room.
Tries to follow OSHA
Company failed to get associates feedback
Monitored Veterans via camera.
No teamwork with Management
No TRAINING or support from management
Only on computer
Veterans are not given recommendations for advancement while on deployment.
Required to prove they can handle the job more than younger associates.
