Support from Management
Expectations are not realistic, employees are not included, different supervisors have different goals making it difficult for employees.
Teamwork works one way, if employee supports doesn't mean their department will be supported.
Level of Autonomy
No, management likes to micromange.
Management doesn't always explain the goals clearly or to those that need to know.
They do hold regular meetings to let employees know how the company is doing.
