The company contributed to a climate of fairness and trust. But local management did not due to their lack of training.
Support from Management
Most manager were not properly trained for their position.
Team was fostered among sales associates. As long as they were friends. Associates not in the "clic" were pushed a side, ignored, ostracized or push aside.
Level of Autonomy
Those that were favored always got the best work. This is due to lack of training by management.
