Suggestions for improvement
- start caring about the employees and show that we really matter. Come and work with us and see what we really do when a customer asks us a question or we are asked to stop what are doing to help out in another area. and then when go back to our main task do not write us up because we did not get it done in a timely matter. Remember that you took us away in the first place. or make sure we have everything and not bring us out another pallet just an hour before our day has ended or it was in the wrong isle. it takes time to find everything especially when it was not down stacked correctly and we have to find it and get and bring it back to the correct isle.
What I dislike about the company
instead weeding out the bad employees. They prefer to write up those who work and never miss a day of work.
