Support from Management
Leadership was more do what I say and do not ask questions. Leadership not supportive or concerned with work/home life balance.
Suggestions for improvement
- Increased pay, better health benefits at a lower cost to employees, more employee friendly work environments with leadership who is not only concerned with the bottom line but also will employee well being and morale.

Lack of genuine concern for employees, perperuation of a it's who you know not what you know culture, company's refusal to pay employees living wages even though they continue to exhibit extremey high profit margins and pay corporate executives excellent salaries and bonuses
