It varies based on department and its manager.
Support from management
supervisor not able to act on his own, upper management dictates, and you either go along with upper management or you are next to be pushed out.
employees are mostly quiet and watch themselves, doing their jobs due to other employees they have seen leave due to lack of benefits or job security after long term employment with the company
Freedom to work independently
Workers have no say in stucturing and many are over loaded with work often
There is a complete lack of communication, causing constant confusion.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers and long-serving workers are leaving due to lack of raises, promotions, benefits
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are being paid on time, benefits are minimal, there are no matching funds.
It all depends on the department you are working in and the manager you have
Peer pressure plays a large part in this area, family is taken into consideration based upon if you are one of the liked employees.
No, many employees are unhappy however, most say little to nothing as they have seen others that spoke up leave
they have a good safety record
Yes, though there is little to no positive feed back from upper management, again based upon what department you work in.
