Support from Management

The managers are very full of them selves. And when you try and show initiative for more responsibility, they act all high and mighty and tell you that you don't know sh*t.

Teamwork

When someone has an issue with you, instead of confronting the issue they have with the person they run and cry to the managers.

Communication

There is no communication!!! They just expect you to just know how to do your job. And if you're wrong, they call you out in front of others.

Workplace Safety

Like most retailers, rules are in place but arbitrarily followed.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Accountability. Enforce the rules as they are written, all the time. Stop giving the people with the most responsibility the most leeway with discipline.

What I like about the company

Nothing stands out from similar businesses.

What I dislike about the company

Compared to similar businesses, the minimums of benefits and compensation are given to employees with by far some of the most broad and ill-intentioned responsibilities for employees. Also, some of the most deceptive advertising and pressured sales culture for a retailer.

Support from Management

Leadership does not communicate realistic expectations, however sometimes set clear goals during meetings. Acts passive aggressive at times, needs to improve leadership skills.

Communication

The communication between management and associates is a hit and miss and requires a lot of improvement and better leadership.

Overall Compensation for your work

The job is not hard in itself, but sometimes we are expected to do more. The raises are a joke and not worthwhile to stay for the long term unless you want to move to management.
