Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2016
Support from Management
The tasks are clear but the training on how to do it alone are not present. You actually get more negative criticism for not knowing how to do the job you were NOT trained for than constructive criticism.
Suggestions for improvement
- Try to be more understanding to single parents and actually help them. No parent wants to work for a company that literally does not care if you're a parent of an infant and need to be able to get home to them at a moderately reasonable time. No one will work for a company that literally doesn't care about an employee's expenses when it comes to transportation to meet unrealistic scheduling demands and then make that employee burden other employees for help. No one wants to be shamed for even asking for slight accommodation. No one especially wants to see their request get literally the opposite results and get even more inconvenienced.
