Walmart was once a thrilling and an excellent company to work for and the employee there were treated fairly. Sam Walton cares for his employees and communicates with them and offer a position to grow in the company. It is not what it use to be because of changes in the workplace, and the flexibility there depends on the hours is not the always the associate's choice. It depends on the locations and working with the management team.

I totally agree. It has changed a lot. Once working there, now it’s not my favorite store. I realized how people are treated and it is not okay.

All they want you to do is work like a robot I was displaced and had to take another position and ended up making 12,000 dollars less. They lied and told me it would be a 10% pay cut and ended up being20%
