really bad work culture it should be the best in the world.
they do nothing about personal wellness.
Support from management
they do nothing to help make our job better.
we do pretty good but it could be so much better.
Freedom to work independently
you can pretty much work on your own
the leaders do not even communicate amongst each other.
they favor women over men.
Attitude towards older colleagues
they do not use older people to the best of their abilities. we have many with highly skilled back grounds that they do not offer anything.
not at all they want robots and not people that can think of new ideas.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
it could be much better they put the wrong people in the wrong role.
we do an ok job.
for the most part its good
the image is way better than it really is.
that is one area that we do well.
they teach safety first but they put other things way ahead of safety like show.
not really People with extensive experience and education they put in roles that anyone can do.
Inclusive / Diverse
they do not believe in ideas only creating robots with out emotions.
Suggestions for improvement
- they need to make me the head of cast member wellness because i have 36 years experience in helping others to be their best.
What I like about the company
I like that we help people to forget about their worries and help their dreams come true.
What I dislike about the company
they have a super talented individual as myself and they waste my abilities everyday. I can make us the best company in the world.
