Suggestions for improvement
- I think it's pretty evident...get rid of the stupid 1800 line for employees to report tardies or absences & emphasize and or teach communication skills to management team members who lack it.
What I dislike about the company
MASSIVE Lack of communication within the ENTIRE management teams. A 1800 number is required to be called to report tardies or absences then afterwards the employees are transferred to their direct store & have to report it to the store manager and THEN the employees are transferred to their department manager to report it as well.
