- Gaining more customers to grow as a company. Listen to the workers on the production floor that actually do the jobs everyday.
Flexible work schedule, come and go as I please, ability to work from home
engineering manager is a total tool, and quite sarcastic and rude. Terrible management skills. unrealistic. horrible IT. so many network issues. Sales gives customers unrealistic delivery dates and way underbids jobs, leaving engineering and manufacturing looking like a**holes.
No feedback, no goals, fend for yourself, and then lay you off for "re-organization"
Team of 3 in a company of 70+. Every person/department for themselves
monthly meeting information does not correlate with the management actions
Senior employees with 30 years + rule the roost and protect their positions at the expense of the overall company
