Managers do not give praise to good deeds, rather tries to encourage lazy unknowledgeable, employees with raises, but the hard working people are treated like mindless robots
Support from Management
Management does not support new ideas or processes, yet encourages new ideas to be thought of. Not one idea was ever used unless employees did it themselves without support.
This is a 50/50. There are those willing to try new things and make it work while others especially managers want to stick with what had been done unsuccessfully, or required to change due to new laws, rules, and technology.
