supervisors aren't so commending. We all help each other out. They do an outstanding job on contributing the climate of fairness and trust.
Support from management
They're great at leadership. They motivate students to success and staffs to become the best. I was a Student Ambassador there. Before I got the job, I was shy talking in a big crow and I didn't have enough confidence. Now after having that job for one year I feel like I'm more confident. Not only did it help me have self cofidence but also it taught me about leadership, how to work with people, and how to solve problems.
I've connected well with my coworkers. They became family to me. They taught me and my coworkers to come together and connect with each other
Freedom to work independently
It's fairly distributed.
Communications is outstanding.
Everyone is treated equally. There's no discrmination.
Office / Work Environment
Everything is up to date. Everything is in task.
Everything is agreeable
They have a campus safety which are the security guards. They drive around and walk around WCC to check if everything is fine.
Suggestions for improvement
- On the music department, they should not use pro tools, it's too complicated. They should use sonethibg simple lie abelton or Logic Pro x. Learn to work with each other and independently.
What I like about the company
Flexible hours, friendly environment, professional environment, good pay, outstanding staff members
What I dislike about the company
How students have to get proof about a teacher said or did something. How they take the teachers side and not the students side. How they run the music department. How they took out Music Production/Engineer degree.
