Support from management
Had constant mental and emotional abuse by supervisor. Department knew and did nothing after frequent requests for help.
Suggestions for improvement
- Support your employees. Offer a way to report what's going on with no retribution. Offer training on workplace bullying.
What I like about the company
Challenging work and I did enjoy my department except for the supervisor.
What I dislike about the company
Even though it was common knowledge to what my supervisor was doing, no one did anything ever. This supervisor didn't do this just to me but to others but it happened to me the longest. I ended up being the one who had to leave.
