Suggestions for improvement
- Open door policy from Human Resources. More defined job descriptions combined with pertinent training, before employee review. The ease of employee transfers outside of department in order to retain employees.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed the broad spectrum of job activities and challenges.
I dislike about the employer
Politics and Employee clicks and or favoritism. Lack of training and or understanding when a job as defined can not be adequately performed. And, division between departments.
