Suggestions for improvement
- Merit raises would be a huge help at WATC. It would almost guarantee employee retention, and we all know "good" nurses are extremely hard to come by.
What I like about the company
My best day was hands down seeing a woman clean and sober
What I dislike about the company
No room for advancement, pay rates had "caps" therefore when you hit their max you stay stagnant, which is very unfortunate. Working short.
