Suggestions for improvement
- Get a real general manager in there and impower them to actually make decisions without having to run back to the owner everytime, for every little thing. Owner needs to learn to delegate to GM. GM needs to set and keep high standards, listen to and correct staffing problems, and get rid of management staff that have no idea what they are doing.
What I like about the company
The visual of working right on the water.
What I dislike about the company
They have no idea how to run a resort in the modern age. Management is a mess. No one is held accountable. Management can't even get a schedule done correctly more than a day before the schedule is to start.
