The culture is that of no value or appreciation and throw your peer under the bus and then email blast them.
Support from management
The leadership in the organization is only interested in furthering themselves and not focusing on problems and fixing them.
Teamwork between some departments is fine but falls short with the ops team.
Senior management does not believe in this, and therefore non-existent.
Watry has a bad reputation and until they fix the problems in their leadership it will not improve.
there is no security. one's performance appraisal is based on whether they are liked or not.
there is allot to be done, the challenge is being able to do it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the president, Assistant GM, Plant Manager, and allow Watry Management to do their job without interference from the Racine facility.

Facility is nice.

The leadership. They are arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful towards their employees.
