Support from management
In sales with a yearly quota, you can have a good or bad month. The leadership was less than helpful when it came to the bad months. They didn't care about the pipeline of things to come. They only concerned about the numbers.
You have a team, but they are not tied into your results. I was very tied into theirs. If they didn't do well, I didn't either. Plus, the job requires you to do much of what your team does but for less pay and less incentive.
Suggestions for improvement
- The incentive pay should be more balanced. The people at the bottom work harder and get paid less. They also work for the team that gets an incentive something they didn't work for, but not vice versa. It should be reciprocated.
What I like about the company
I liked that I worked as hard and as long a day as I wanted. I was able to build my day to be as productive as I wanted
What I dislike about the company
I didn't like this I was not able to move up in the company. The structure for climbing the corporate ladder was bottom heavy.
