In sales with a yearly quota, you can have a good or bad month. The leadership was less than helpful when it came to the bad months. They didn't care about the pipeline of things to come. They only concerned about the numbers.
You have a team, but they are not tied into your results. I was very tied into theirs. If they didn't do well, I didn't either. Plus, the job requires you to do much of what your team does but for less pay and less incentive.
