Suggestions for improvement
- Starting wage should be at least $10. Raises should be at least 50 cents to $1.00 until later years when the employees position adds more responsibility etc. I think they should take employees to the corporate office at WAWA, PA so they can see how big of an operation it is and get more of an idea of what the company is really about. It is not just hoagies and smoothies - its a wonderful organization.
I like about the employer
One of the most important things a Wawa employee learns is that they are expected to be friendly to all customers. This is very good. Also, Wawa does encourage its employees to learn more and take on more responsibilities so as to move them up in their position when possible.
