Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2016
Support from Management
Employees aren't involved in any decision-making process, just told what to do... sometimes even "barked" at. The supervisor's decision making during conflicting situation's was actually handled very well and in a very business like manner when it came to the very big things that had to be dealt with but the small situations, like mine and others, were handled very poorly. Even an elderly woman who retired from there said she couldn't be happier about leaving because the stress level is just too high and too much to handle.
You are never informed of anything unless you screw up, then you are basically yelled at in front of coworkers and customers, belittled, embarrassed, have your feeling's hurt to a point at times that either makes you cry or emotionally explode!! They claim if you're not sure of something to just ask no matter how many times it takes but when you do you are either yelled at, told you've been told that too many times already, that you should know by now therefore you don't get an answer and are left to figure it out on your own or to go seek help from another office manager that manages the other side of the business in other offices. I was told maybe twice that I did a good job!
