- Improve employee relations by allowing employee to give input on items within employees scope of work, allow employee grievances to be recognized, implement employee bonus structure, allow employee to escalate concerns to senior management for resolution.

Zero camaraderie, zero direction, zero communication, zero oversight and follow up, decisions made without knowledge or input, complete micromanagement, numerous disciplinary procedures without verbal warning.
