Overall compensation for your work
The Company needs to rethink what they consider a fair and reasonable insurance and wages, based on the level of stress they put on there employess.
Unfortunalty this particular company hase a very bad rep. Some knows someone or has worked there left do what they claim is a bad experince. I worked there nearly 5 yrs and loved they work, hayed the in house politics.
Suggestions for improvement
- My suggetion is to give there employees more empowerment tools, Offer acctual benifits that does not brake an empoyees wallet for them selves and there families, and make the wages fit the stress level of the job.
- One last side note. All company not just WDS should always remember this, A happy employee will will be more loyal and work harder then an unhappy one.
What I like about the company
I ersonally loved helping all the customers with there issues.
What I dislike about the company
I didn't like the in house politics. Basically if you didn't fit with management clicks you would never move up.
