Suggestions for improvement
- better union support.
Teamwork is essential - company demonstrates support of cross-department teamwork as well.
In my role, I meet regularly with my managers to discuss workload capacity.
This is always an area with continuous improvement goals. Recent changes are showing positive results.
Some managers seem to run an "invisible contest" to see who is the most dedicated.
Directors and above are not trust worthy.
Upper management expect you to do as they say but their actions are not that of what they say.
team work is there up to the Director level, which is on their own team.
This used to be true but with lose of business, this was one if the first things cut from budget.
Buildings have hot and cold pockets.
