People stealing lunches all the time. Many complaints and zero care for this and many others.
Support from management
CEO loves to micromanage even when having little to no experience on certain subjects his employees went to college for.
Only 3 main departments worked with each other. Sales, services and others are usually competing for each sale to get the commission with little to no respect for their colleagues.
Freedom to work independently
CEO loves to hire one or two top people with little pay for the work of at least 5 more people.
Communicating what's wrong is not an issue to the CEO. Specially if it means screaming and cursing.
Women are important here. If they are seductive or never EVER speak up. The advantages given to the disability is very good! Thank goodness there's good morals. Oh wait, there's government incentives when such is done.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Only ONE senior citizen works there. Why? She knows too much and is a family friend.
Training? What is that? Oh, self training. All the time!
Overall compensation for your work
The Chinese don't complain.
Office / Work Environment
It's a warehouse, the CEO and his wife live on the second floor with no walls for it whatsoever. Rat feces, roaches everywhere, disgusting bathrooms, mold, trees inside to "provide oxygen", AC only works in certain areas, no cleaning people are hired and the floors are disgusting all the time; you name it, it's there.
The company gives charity to protect re-build forests. Irony is, they don't really recycle paper and you see a lot of it on the floor.
Anything legally obliged is usually complied. Family disgraces such as deaths in different state are unimportant in the eyes of the CEO and won't budge on firing you if you need to take care of such whether you are the best employee or not.
This review is self explanatory. People quitting all the time. Even the ex-Vice President left. Take a wild guess.
No one is secure there except the very top.
Ramps? No. Parking space? Yes. Bathrooms appropriate? Maybe the door width.
Someone needs to call them asap.
When you know you are good at what you do, you just know it; do they pat you in the back? No.
Inclusive / Diverse
Only the CEO's opinion is important. Who cares if you have a degree with a major on that specific subject?
