Poorly anaged. Some friendly staff but mostly people talk to you so they can back stab you.
Support from management
None. Partners control teams and management only controls payroll work hours and snow days off.
No room to advance. Good starter job for staff or attorneys but horrible if you want to grow or have experience.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are capped. Low bonuses, if any at all.
Office / Work Environment
Worst environment. More like high school. Very cliche ish.
A lot of staff turnover. One rumor or poor treatment can ruin a persons security.
If you don't gossip you won't fit in. Some cool staff but its all a game.
Entry level. Boring.
Inclusive / Diverse
Lacks diversity across the board.

- Agree with other reviewers...poor management. Trouble makers on the staff.
