Poor work and immaturity is key here. 30 somethings...
Gossip and rumors exist on both floors. A lot of childish behaviors.
Jealousy in some groups instead of teams working together

Paralegals and legal assistants are capped. No bonuses.
Office / Work Environment
Poor. Long term employees with bad attitudes bring down others. Group of gossip girls exist unfortuneatly and intimidate others. No hr bc they just side with long term employees. Worst than high school.
Fake staff. Some attorneys are nice.
Too much stress
Known for treating staff unfairly. Some older good partners but known for hiring A lot of 30 something attorneys with big egos and poor quality work.
If someone doesn't like you for any reason you are screwed.
Entry level for staff. No incentives.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire mature staff. Keep people who are leaders.
What I like about the company
A group of attorneys and staff just left, so the environment is better without them. They were immature and known for their gossip. Many of us are happy they left.
What I dislike about the company
HR. Certain attorneys who are mediocre and all they do is talk about people and staff. Grow up and focus on your work.
