As long as certain employees are allowed to verbally harass, others there will never be a climate of fairness and trust.

Trainers and Supervisors set realistic goals that were able to be met, however, they wouldn't listen to issues regarding the harassment and favoritism of other workers.
It was not a team environment, the favorites were allowed to not meet the expected goals, while the rest of the team was.
