- Fire your managers and hire leaders that are intelligent and inspiring. Owners need to rethink why they are doctors. Start to care about what you do.

I dislike about the employer
Employees are treated like children. No respect or trust for their staff. Communication is almost nonexistent. Managers don't know what they are doing and its a blame everyone else type of culture.
