Support from management
Supervisors needed more Management training.
Going from the top down there was not enough communication on what the Goals of the Firm were and how people fit into those.
They would like to say that there is Career Development. Again lack of communication and how individuals or depts can help the firm grow. Without communication there will be no Growth.
Image seems a lot of people that left, have the same feelings no accomplishment.
Never had the sense of job security.
Way to much work and not enough support or training.
