Terrible. No guidance.
Some willing to help. Others make you wish you didn't ask for help.
Level of Autonomy
Workload was fairly distributed but no structure or training.
No training. Doesn't give you time to build accounts. Gives you accounts that don't like the company and that takes time to turn around. No goals established. No CRM. Technology was like working in the 1980's. Had to dig through files for past sales history. Behind the times.
