Suggestions for improvement
- Finding better qualified people for the jobs
The management is knowledgeable and innovative. The work environment is supportive and innovative. There are lots of good benefits such as health insurance, health incentives, free fitness center at main office, 401k matching program, dental insurance, tuition reimbursement through the University of Phoenix, and free online training. The company is growing and expanding throughout the U.S. There is a cafeteria, coffee bar and snack bars at the main office. Some departments allow employees to work from home 2 days a week or have flexible hours but not all departments. Free onsite parking. Walking trail onsite.
Big company with room for growth if you are allowed.
First I will say that I am not being negative about the company as a whole, I as speaking on my personal experience in my department. Mandatory overtime with PTO days not being approved and in the rare instance that it was, you still had to work your "OT hours". Micromanagement with a focus on production rather than quality leading the staff to make simple mistakes as we were rushing to meet those numbers, then being penalized for it. NO training, just thrown to the wolves so to speak.
Overall, one of the worst working experiences I have ever had.
