Company culture is not what they preach. During interview process/onboarding they will preach this heavily. Its smoke and mirrors. Supervisors rarely commend employees and if they do it leads to no reward, monetary or otherwise. Morale is low because there is distrust of management and a severe lack of advancement.
Support from Management
Leadership talks out of both sides of their mouth. They will block career advancement of employees if it will make their day to day more difficult. Inappropriate relationships with vendors. HR department does not keep conversations confidential and will leak information to management. Seldom include employees in decision-making process.
