Poor management of the funds and too Administrative Personnel Heavy, cannot retain staff due to shortstaffing
Freedom to work independently
staffing issues, retention of staff difficult. Too many Administrative Staff.
No communication between Optum, United Health group and Wellmed with employees
Women are not appreciated as are men in work environment, hierarchy does not respect work of direct patient care employees.
Employees and patients do not speak favorably of the physicians and company.
Software issues in order to facilitate ability to be productive in recording work in a structured manner.
