Leadership is truely only interested in number and that you're making yours. They will give you great support in this area in order to achieve bonus for that quarter. Consistently hit your numbers in sales and they will help you achieve your career goals.
If you aeent driven and hate sales, this is not the job for you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bs more realistic in setting sales expectations and pay more attention to how your people are making their numbers. The over all opinion of Wells Fargo from those who are your customers and especially those who are not is that you age generally hates, looked upon as a necessary evil. This is unfortunate, but an opinion that is not inknown to you. Why not operate in a way that serves your custers as least half as well as you treat your stockholders.
