All the leadership was concerned about was making the strict sales goals no matter what cost.
Suggestions for improvement
- Lower the expectations of the tellers to meet excessive sales goals. Tellers would either quit or get fired because of the sales goals. You would have go sign paperwork saying that if you don't meet the goals you will lose your job.

The hours were more set and steady
