Support from Management
Very little employee support. Supervisors and Managers push employees toward unrealistic, sometimes unethical, goals. No clear career path. Promoting appear to be politically based rather than merit/competency based.
With little formal training or management support (many of the leaders are not capable of training the job), team members provide an essential support role.
