Goals given are attainable and reasonable.
Manager to employee "one on ones" help the management assess employee's status in the company.
Upper level management offers feedback for improvement or praise/recognition for goals and surveys attained.
At the branch I worked at, tellers and bankers fed off of each other to complete sales goals. There was not as much of a competitive environment, instead a"I'll help you, you help me and we will get better together."
