Suggestions for improvement
- Overhaul new mid and senior egotistical leaders who are only watching out for themselves and not the company and the reasons the company WAS so great. We are in a downward spin.
I like about the employer
Previous culture was open to ideas, hard working creative thinkers
I dislike about the employer
Has become us and them, and if you are not in the "club" you are out. No longer do they walk the talk of People as a Competitive Advantage
