I will not recommend this company to any of my friends.
Support from Management
Their goals and expectations are way too high. We don't have support from upper management for additional help. Management doesn't treat everyone equally, favoritism is very obvious.
Since we have individual goals everyone seems to go their own way instead of helping each other out.

The more you do the more load they give you
