- Refocus your leadership on the patient instead of running employees in ground because of a inflated survey. People are living, breathing, bleeding realities that should be more important than the person mailing in a survey weeks after they've forgotten the good treatment they received by nurses who only have the negative reviews shared with them. You're only as strong as your weakest employee. Families don't turn their backs on family. Do you really think we can grab hold of a We Are Cobb rally when we're constantly told how bad we are?
