Support from Management
I was lucky to have both great supervisor and manager. You could tell which departments did not. A lot of turn over.
Always a few people who don't want to work but for the most part good team spirit.
Level of Autonomy
The more experienced and reliable you were the more flexible they became.
They have regular meetings some mandatory some not. But I didn't always feel that I was getting the whole truth, just what they wanted us to know.
