Suggestions for improvement
- Work on bringing all systems current to today's technology.
Theoretically the culture they say they want to create is great. The execution and leading by example is terrible. Favoritism.
It's a company to give you experience in your field. that's it.
Favoritism, lack of good leadership, hypocritical HR management. Rules that apply to one person but not the other.
Only if you're only over the age of 45
Worst HR team support. Management has to literally fight tooth and nail for a 3% rate increase. A certain HR exec has even turned down another departments transfer because they thought the employee, who had passed all interviews, was not qualified.
