Suggestions for improvement
- Learn professionalism, and hire people who are actually qualified to be leaders.
I like about the employer
Being connected and helping the students reach their goals through simple assurance and assistance. Fellow coworkers are the reason why we stay motivated to get through a tough work day. And there's 401k.
I dislike about the employer
Constant change and unstable management. Positions of higher authority are being assigned to people who are not qualified for such positions. Micro management occurs so much that the high level bosses forget their own job and end up depending on employees who they personally pressured in the beginning. personal harassment has occurred and was never reported due to fear of not getting a decent yearly review and a potential raise.
