Suggestions for improvement
- Provide pay raises for lower level employees. Less meetings for management. It is hard to find a supervisor due to the number of meetings they attend.
What I like about the company
I get to help people and am suprrounded with others doing the same. Although it is a larger company in the area, it feels close knit. You know your coworkers and management is usually very supportive. Transparency in the agency is good as well.
What I dislike about the company
There could be more cohesion between work sites. No pay raises Causes many problems in the company, including retention problems and lower level employees changing jobs often to get more pay. This has a bottom up effect where it becomes harder for people above them to do good work because you don’t even know the name of the massive amount of new people.
