Suggestions for improvement
- management needs to stop lieing to their staff and to stop saying that they come first in life
In the ID/DD Division, my opinions were ignored. So were the opinions of my coworkers. There were obvious favorites and the management was very clear that positive encouragement was not going to happen with this job. We were even called in for a meeting once and informed we would need to learn to "Self-Motivate". The poor management was fully supported by upper management so no one to turn to for help.
The opportunity for advancement is small. There are relatives and dear friends of upper management who are in line for the few available promotions so don't waste your time.
