Support from Management
Management has changed since I was there. Management was not very supportive of staff back then.
The office is fairly clean and safe. Poor air ventilation.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change management style. Management training needed.
I like about the employer
In the earlier years they were family orient. I like the challenge and diversity of my responsibilities.
I dislike about the employer
Lost family culture as they grew. Lack of support from managers. Hi turnover rate in upper management.
