The senior management has conflicting priorities and knee jerk reactions despite having a strategic roadmap
Regions and headquarters at odds with one another.
Those rewarded are all white males. Inclusion and messaging appreciation for diversity would go a long way.
Staff works an enormous amount of overtime which leads to quick burnout.
Job security is a plus
