You must follow the manager and lie at all costs to protect your own position.
No. They don't even say good morning to one another. It is very dysfunctional to say the least.
Freedom to work independently
No. There is no trust from management at all! In fact, they are almost hoping to find something because they are so untrustworthy they can't imagine that there is a genuine person in existence.
No. Only dictated to and told to never contact corporate under any circumstances, as management is afraid that their tactics and secrets will then be known.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes and no. Management considers anyone new in a negative fashion because they haven't always worked there. You are doomed from the start.
No, in fact, they want you to "dumb down" and want you to become a small minion and not network; which is really sad.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Absolutely not! And when you ask for accommodations it depends on where you are in the totem pole if it is granted.
No, management only cares about "certain" employees. If you are not one of those than forget about feeling like they care about you and only want you to work, work, work.
The management team is widely known in the community for being ruthless and completely untrustworthy.
It is never stable.
No. In fact, some employees park in handicap spaces so they don't have to walk 10 feet further. And, when you have a handicap, they do not make accommodations.
Work is very challenging, especially if you work for someone that has ADHD, Dyslexia and depression and is also frustrated with management when they stole the business from the individual.
Inclusive / Diverse
Absolutely not! Management put anew offer out to a gay person and made multiple jokes about the person. Thankfully the person did not accept the position.
Suggestions for improvement
